Due to the one-of-one nature of our vintage denim, Thread Wear does not offer exchanges, store credit or discretionary change-of-mind returns.
Please choose your pair carefully and review all product photographs, condition details and Thread Wear sizing guidance before purchasing. If you are unsure about the fit or condition of a pair, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.
For orders placed online, any cancellation or return rights required by UK consumer law will continue to apply.
IN-PERSON PURCHASES
Purchases made in person at Thread Wear denim parties, showroom appointments, pop-ups and events are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on in-person purchases.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
VINTAGE ITEMS
All Thread Wear pieces are genuine vintage and pre-loved unless otherwise stated.
Natural fading, wear, distressing and other characteristics clearly shown or described before purchase form part of the condition of the item and are not considered faults.
Please review all photographs and product information carefully before purchasing.
If an item is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so that we can help resolve the issue.
